These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sunseteveningsafari.com and all tour services provided by Sunset Dream Tourism LLC. By booking any of our tours or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
• Upon successful booking, you will receive instant confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with your e-ticket and itinerary details.
• Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp (+971 52 395 2067), or email (info@sunseteveningsafari.com).
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation message from us.
• Group bookings of 10 or more guests may require advance deposit arrangements.

2. Tour Services

We offer the following categories of tours:

• Desert Safaris: Evening, Morning, Overnight, Private, VIP, Red Dune, and Quad Bike Desert Safari experiences
• City Sightseeing: Dubai City Tour, Premium Abu Dhabi City Tour, Khor Fakkan Tour, and Hatta Mountain Tour
• Cruises: Dhow Cruise Dubai Marina and Musandam Fjord Tour from Dubai
• Add-Ons: Quad biking (20–60 min), dune buggy rides, extended camel rides, falcon photography, VIP seating, private dinners, and vintage Mercedes photo rides

All tours include complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman (unless otherwise stated). Exact pickup times will be communicated prior to your tour date.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
• Child pricing (where applicable) generally applies to children aged 3–11. Children under 3 are typically free of charge.
• Private tour pricing is per vehicle (up to 6 guests unless otherwise stated), not per person.

4. Health, Safety & Participation

• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely.
• Our professional drivers are licensed and certified. All vehicles undergo daily safety inspections.
• Safety briefings are mandatory before dune bashing, quad biking, and dune buggy activities.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions from our guides and drivers at all times.
• Sunset Dream Tourism LLC reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit for safety reasons.

5. Dress Code & Cultural Guidelines

• Desert Safaris: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing recommended. Closed-toe shoes preferred for quad biking. Sunglasses and sunscreen advised.
• Mosque & Religious Site Visits (Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque, Jumeirah Mosque): Modest dress is mandatory—shoulders and knees must be covered. Women are required to wear headscarves (abayas may be provided at venue).
• Dhow Cruises: Smart casual attire recommended.
• Musandam Tours: Bring swimwear for snorkeling; modest clothing for village visits.

6. Passport & Documentation

• Musandam (Oman) Tours: A valid passport is mandatory for all guests. Oman visa requirements apply based on nationality. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure valid travel documents.
• We are not responsible for guests denied entry at the Oman border due to invalid documentation.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

• Tours are subject to weather conditions. In cases of sandstorms, heavy rain, or unsafe weather, tours may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
• We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

8. Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in our marketing materials, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

9. Liability

• Sunset Dream Tourism LLC holds comprehensive public liability insurance.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked tour.
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
